Favio Chavez: Shining a Light into Darkness

Favio Chavez creates beautiful music by using garbage from his local landfill to create musical instruments. The children of his hometown in Paraguay are given hope by teaching them the music of the great masters that will resonate with them and feed their spirit.
” Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassion never fails. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3: 20-22

Let this story serve to inspire us this week to give hope to those who are despairing around us. I resolve to find the beauty around me this week:)
